From the Beltway Take Pennsylvania Avenue toward Washington (Exit 11B).
Make a right turn at the second light (Donnell Drive), then make the first right turn into the parking area (There is a Starbucks on the right as you enter the parking area).

From Upper Marlboro Take Pennsylvania Avenue North.
